✔ Technical Issues from Our End: If a website, software, or API integration is non-functional due to our errors and cannot be resolved.
✔ Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged twice for the same service.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
- Non-Refundable Services
❌ WhatsApp API & Third-Party Integrations: Since WhatsApp API services involve third-party providers, no refunds will be provided after activation.
❌ Subscription-Based Services: Any monthly or yearly subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.
